I listened to the clip Who Moved My Cheese. What I got from the clip is that as a manager you have to be highly adaptive to changes. The more adaptive the manager is, the more successful he will be.

New in Town

I just watched the movie "New in Town". Even though it had pretty low rating on the rottentomatoes.com it was very interesting to watch it from the manager perspective. You really hope that you would get that nice of a manager.
